• Resources to enable full access to learning entitlement.
• Pupils are not excluded due to their disability.
• The requirements identified in the pupils’ EHCP are put into place.
• A positive attitude is fostered in terms of respecting diversity.
• Intolerance of differences is always challenged and support is given to foster respect.
• High expectations and growth mindset is embedded in the school ethos.
• Resources and learning represent a wide range of abilities and disabilities, and focuses on talents and achievements.
